Episode 74: TED-Style Talk About the Podcast (Bonus Summer Episode!)

July 24, 2017

This is the audio from a talk I gave at the 40th Annual AHEAD (Association of Higher Education & Disability) National Conference that was held last weekend in Orlando FL. The talk is about how I came up with the concept for the podcast, and why I think podcasting holds a potential key for long-term behavior change. The talk is entitled “Podcasting for College Students with Mental Health Issues: Get the Goals”

This is the PowerPoint slide deck that goes with the talk.

I do plan to try and make the video available, stay tuned to the blog for more info!

Please subscribe to my podcast in iTunes, Stitcher Radio, Soundcloud, or Google Play. A rating and/or review would also really help out the show and allow new listeners to discover it. Thanks for all the reviews so far!
