Hey all! If you’re a long-time listener to the show, you have missed the weekly home exercises this season. I’ve decided to phase out that part of the show, but wanted to offer up a resource in case people were attached to getting home exercises on a weekly basis to use to work towards achieving their goal.
All of the suggested home exercises have been collected from the past five seasons that the College Student Success Podcast has run, and put on one single page on the Podcast website, under the “Resources” tab. It can be found by clicking here.
I hope students and faculty continue to use the podcast in order to set personal goals for themselves, and if you’re ever stuck on the next step to take, it might help to review this list.
